Welcome back Lets Talk listeners!

You have learned a lot.

This year has inspired you, motivated you, gave you a run for your money and tested you.

It's a fact that each year there is so much to take with us into the new year so we can grow and do better but where is it? In a notebook in your office, sheets of paper written on at conferences longing to be looked at again.

Well, this episode has wrapped everything you have learned on this show in a nice tidy package for you to use over and over any time you need it. I have taken the golden nuggets from most of my guests in 2018 and broken them down into bite size pieces to take with you into 2019.

On today's episode of Lets Talk Supply Chain I bring together a few of the guests from 2018 and their words of wisdom and their advice to inspire and motivate to make 2019 the best year yet!

As we have recently seen with the Canada Post strike, it has crippled industries at the biggest revenue generating holiday for online retailers. So what are the alternatives and how can you plan for a future of last mile delivery run by government organizations.

In this episode, Graham Robins from BorderBuddy is back and we talk about the strike, how our reliance on the postal service will impact our businesses, the current alternatives, our cry for help from the innovation and entrepreneurial community and then we round out the discussion talking about the New Year. A lot of us make new years resolutions for ourselves personally but what about our business or supply chains? we also talk about the difference between goals and resolutions and some of things to consider making resolutions so you start the new year off right.
