Welcome back 2 Babes listeners!

With the introduction of technology every industry and even sub industries are being looked at with fresh eyes, new algorithms and new efficient ways of doing business. The clearance of your products has been drowning in the traditional way of doing things and is ripe for disruption as human error is becoming more and more costly.

Are you frustrated in dealing with a traditional broker? Do you ever wonder why brokers are still using original documents, fax machines and spreadsheets? You are not alone and it really is time for things to change. Border Buddy saw this need and went into action right away, they are constantly developing new ways of helping not only business but people clear goods into North America. Need a customs tool for your website so your buyer knows all charges they face up front? My bet is that your sales will increase and you have peace of mind that your costs are covered.

What about the pesky HS/HTS codes that haunt you? Get them wrong and it can be costly to your business, Border Buddy has the answer to that by creating a database where you can easily search the commodity and provides recommendations. This is the first of many episodes with Graham, the founder of Border Buddy as we talk more about disruption, supply chain in general and how technology is changing the game.
