Welcome back Lets Talk listeners!

Today you will be inspired by a story of challenge, risk and massive growth.

Whether you are the family in a family business or working in a family business, it can be motivating, it can be awkward and it can be tough no matter what side of the fence you sit on.

These are the facts -  Family-owned businesses employ 60% of the U.S. workforce and create 78% of all new jobs. Only 13% of family businesses remain in the family for longer than 60 years. 30% of family-owned businessesmake it to the second generation while only 12% make it to the third

Join me in this episode as I interview Kristy Knichel,  CEO Knichel Logistics for my Women in SC series. In part 14, you will hear about how Kristy proved she was the one to take over the family business but no without doubts, cracks in the family relationships or what it takes to wade through the massive growth they have seen since Kristy took over. You will be captivated by a story of family, business and work/life balance.
